Day 1 of my 2013 plan. First thing on the agenda? Get on the scale. Holy moly. I'm up 10lbs since mid-November. No wonder I feel so awful! I didn't know it was that bad. I can still say that no matter how many steps back I've ever taken, I've NEVER gone back to my starting weight in the nearly 7 years since I joined Spark. This is probably the closest I've ever got though (still 22lbs down from there), which makes me really sad.
But I've done it before, I can do it again. I squeezed in workouts even though I had a busy schedule. I planned my meals ahead of time and put thought into how I was going to reach my goals. I stopped short of my "official" goal, but I've lost lots of weight before, and it's time to do it again!!!!!!!!!
