Breakfast - yogurt, banana, granola bar, coffee (350)
Lunch - soup (700)
Snack - string cheese (50)
Dinner - soup and salad (500)

30 min morning yoga
2.5 mile walk/jog

Emotions:
I am happy about my strength today. I was motivated enough to get up this morning and do yoga, I even woke my boy up to do it with me because he was not motivated. This is the nice thing about doing this together, when one is not motivated the other usually is and we can push each other when we don't want to.
