It is so nice to be able to get back into a work out routine. I have been working out with a dear friend and it has been so encouraging for me. When I did my work out routines on my own, I enjoyed, stuck to them and lost 25lbs. Yet, it was a challenge every day to pull out my dvd, weights and push play. Now, I get excited knowing I am going to kick butt! It is a challenge to me to try to push myself harder and try to burn that extra calorie and sweat off that extra inch because I have someone else pushing me and encouraging me. If some one out there is working out on there own and getting discouraged because it may not seem as fun as you'd hoped, find a work out buddy! Someone who can encourage your every move and push you on to losing fat and inches. It is worth it!
