Today I started the January Jumpstart Fitness Challenge. I did the SparkPeople: 9-Minute Lower Body Sculpt. This afternoon I walked on the treadmill for 36 min and almost finished my book. Because the treadmill was heating up, I stopped. I went ahead and finished my book.

I cleaned up my sewing room -- it was time to put away all the material that I had pulled for projects I had finished. I am getting ready to work on the wedding quilt for daughter and son-in-law. I am using leftover material from all the wedding sewing.

Daily Goals:
1) Blog -- emoticon
2) Exercise at least 10 minutes. emoticon 45 min (36 treadmill +9 SPvideo)
3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day.. emoticon 3 servings

    We seem to be acting in parallel. I also started the January Challenge. Though I went to my sewing room to start organizing it, I actually made another little project from fabric scraps... way more fun.

    I hope you post a picture of the wedding quilt when you finish.
