Today I started the January Jumpstart Fitness Challenge. I did the SparkPeople: 9-Minute Lower Body Sculpt. This afternoon I walked on the treadmill for 36 min and almost finished my book. Because the treadmill was heating up, I stopped. I went ahead and finished my book.
I cleaned up my sewing room -- it was time to put away all the material that I had pulled for projects I had finished. I am getting ready to work on the wedding quilt for daughter and son-in-law. I am using leftover material from all the wedding sewing.
1) Blog --
2) Exercise at least 10 minutes.

3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day..
