Day 7. One week into the new year

Well I am on track. I have done at least 20 minutes of cardio every day and strength training three times and meditated three times.

With all of my good work I have lost 1.2 pounds. A nice steady loss.

It takes me approx 60 days to set a new habit. Only 53 days to go.
