Sparkers and Pump Class

On Monday nights I instruct a pump class. Tonight I had 2 Independence Sparkers in class with me!! That is soooo cool! I had a Sparker from the KC team on Sunday. I love getting together with people that have a common goal!!

It's great to have people not only supporting each other, but working out together!! emoticon

What I need to focus on is my nutrition. I'm struggling with it for some reason. I'm eating junk for no good, but it's there. I'm even having trouble getting fruits and veggies in. I'm working out enough that it's not showing up on the waistline yet! Need to get my head on straight!!
