Okay, so I'm bad at posting anything. The important thing is this is indeed, week two!! Took Sunday off, but that was planned. Hard to cook for 21 and shop and exercise all in one day. I've actually worked out at least 30 minutes every other day! I've met my goal of at least 10 minutes a day. Now on to this week- it's off to a wonderful start!! I've not lost weight (didn't expect to either so no big disappointment here) but I have lost inches!! Woohoo!! If I ever needed encouragement, there it is! One more week to work on this goal, then need to come up with another for next week. Babysteps, babysteps.
