Day 4 of the Diet--

Down again on the scale :) Today I felt weak and tired---decided to rest from exercising (not required until after week 2 anyway. Went grocery shopping and stocked up on all the things recommended by my Dr.---soups, jellies, popsicles, greek yogurt etc. So now I feel very organized and ready to rock it! I am going to try to get to bed early tonight and get my sleep schedule back on track. I love the diet--I love the food--and I am not hungry! best of all--it is extremely affordable and easy. So I am happy all around!!!

My fitness dreams/goals: I want to run a half marathon! Will have to work up to it slowly--as right now I am walking 10 min at 1.5 miles per hour--twice per day. It may take a LONG time--but I want to do it. Do some bike riding this summer---my sister is down to do that with me. I also want to start swimming again--need to review my strokes so that I can do it for fitness--the community pool is heated. I also want to try golf. So that should be enough to keep me busy!
