Today I got my flu shot. I know it's kind of late, but I am such a procrastinator! I am not going to do any strenuous exercise today. I will do some arm exercises, that I was told would ease some soreness that would occur at the injection site.
Other than that I am really excited about jump roping. I have read that 20 minutes of jump roping burns more calories than 20 minutes of jogging! That sounds really awesome. So I am looking into jump rope workouts on the web, and it seems like the SparkPeople coach Nicole 10 minute workout is one of the best out there.
My recovery time between sets is getting shorter so that is really exciting for me. I am combining JR with walking or biking. It seems like a good winter combo for me.
Well, time for me to get in a short bike ride, and then some arm exercises.
