So this year I decided to do something relatively new to me ( as in I haven't done this since I was 8 years old, Im 31 now) so it's been a while to say the least...
New activity-- Jumproping
Duration-- 30 days, 10 minutesd at a time
Avg pulse day 1-- 133
Calories burned -- 134 :( (not very many)
Total loops b4 being stopped by my feet 4 loops
I will expect total loops around b4 being stopped by my feet to increase to 12 loops by day 30 wish me luck
