After my weigh in yesterday I sure did not help it any with the hot wings I ate for dinner. I will put down my foods from yesterday in a moment and be accountable for my actions. LOL I also did not workout yesterday....I took the day off and watched football all day. I won't lie it sure was the best! My Seahawks won and are onto the next round of playoffs. So even with not working out and eating bad, I had a great day and the best thing is that I know I'm not like that everyday!
