I'm new to Spark, but I'm really liking it so far. It's definitely different than any 'diet', it's really doable and fun! I like tracking my food, it's so easy. And the exercise part -- well, tracking that keeps me exercising. And drinking 8 cups of water. I really don't like to cook, I'm hoping I'll at least get better at that.
