Woke up this morning, leg and feet hurting this morning, not much of a walk with 4 legged loyal friend. Was running late to go to work, just grab a yogurt and chili for lunch. Not enough for breakfast and for lunch. Got home super hungry and started munching on everything I could put my hands on while cooking - Blah! Still in my calories range, and track everything
I did learn my lesson and will plan more ahead snacking as well.
