On Goal For the Day :)

Today a great thing happened...I ate within my calorie range and felt FULL!!! Seriously full...and totally satisfied!!! Not a craving!! I knew it would take a few days...and it finally happened. Its just a matter of sticking with the plan and eating clean fresh food!!!!

I have also gone back to drinking green smoothies. Here is one I made today emoticon

    Fantastic!!! I am the same way... It takes a couple of days to get in the right frame of mind, and then it just hits! You feel good! It becomes easier!

What's in your smoothie? I usually do spinach and frozen berries.... sometimes with protein powder or milk... a bit of truvia as well....
