Today a great thing happened...I ate within my calorie range and felt FULL!!! Seriously full...and totally satisfied!!! Not a craving!! I knew it would take a few days...and it finally happened. Its just a matter of sticking with the plan and eating clean fresh food!!!!
I have also gone back to drinking green smoothies. Here is one I made today
