It is the start of a new year and I am going to make some changes. For the first time of weighing in yesterday and today I weighed in at 136. I am going to concentrate on getting it lower. I am going to get more exercise in and when i was off work last week I was watching Dr. Oz and he had some good exercises to help get rid of belly fat. Tonight I am going to try doing crunches with a resistence band.
