Well gained some weight, but haven't been feeling well. Which normally causes me to gain instead of lose anything. But not feeling well as in chest pains, stomach pains, migraines, etc. But not much I can do about that yet. So I gained almost 3 pounds in a week, planning on fixing that real quick though. Found out when the stress test will be, so going in on the 15th bright and early in the morning, not to mention an almost hour drive in good weather could turn out longer if it is icy, or snowy.
I guess it can take around 1 1/2 hours for the test. So I will be starving by the time I get out of the there. Hoping I don't mess up and stick to something healthy to eat when I'm done with that. Figured out a new workout schedule, picked up a walking DVD so that will help when weather isn't nice.
Walking 5x a week
Strength training 3x a week
Zumba 2x a week
Cardio Kickboxing 3x a week
I will also continue to do the no fast food well past my 2nd 30 day mark. Other than on occasion. I am finding the junk food, fast food, and packaged foods/fattening foods not much appealing anymore which is wonderful. But I need to work on my taste buds for other foods. Not a huge vegetable fan whatsoever nor am I a big fruit fan for variety wise. So pretty much it leaves me with: corn, baby carrots, celery, brussel sprouts, asparagus, seedless grapes, watermelon, bananas, canned peaches and pears, blueberries if they are mixed in something (can be too tart for me), and "cuties". Not much for variety but working on it. Although the V8 Strawberry Banana Smoothie helps a ton, I try and drink that 2-3 times a day now. Any suggestions in that department would be wonderful. Other than that just been a little down lately, dad hasn't been doing well. Mentally he isn't always himself and makes it tough, and health wise physically is no where's where it should be which makes him even more down and depressed which makes me that way because I worry so much about him. Well here's to hoping I can get in any exercise possible and stick to my growing plan. I want to be down 20-30 pounds more by June 1st, would love to show off a new swimsuit with my kids and husband.
