Today my day starts off at 4:30 in the morning.. to get to work.. I am a little scared for I am thinking where am I going to fit in the healthy habits I am trying to implament.. always on the go multitask on everything oh and my stress level goes up thru the roof.. those are not healthy habits.. but its my work without I do not get a paycheck..well my morning after got everything prepared at 7:30 I sat in my office and had my healthy breakfast which I prepared last night, carried my water bottle made sure that it was icy cold and filled .Then on my break I walked for 15 mins .. everybody was looking at me like a crazy person walking around the cafeteria.but I held my head up high and continued with my newly made routine..then on my lunch time did not hae time to make me lunch but made myself a protien shakewith veggies and fruit I had on hand.. then just before leaving to go home I managed to squeezed in 35 mins of walking again.. then when I get home it just was the 10 mins of toning when I went to take a shower I took off my step counter to my amazed I stepped 10995 steps in all day.. so I did pretty good .. in my getting back to my real world .. I can fit healthy routines and meals in my on the go schedule.. I am committed to it no ifs and buts excuses.. I need it for my health.
