It is going well I am down 11.2 lbs. I do have times where I get a bit frustrated about all of the prep and cooking and trying to stick to a schedule but it has been a really good thing I feel like my eating is in control for the first time in a long time. I am consistently walking throughout the reset my goal is 15000 steps a couple days I only got in 10000 but I don't feel bad about that at all. Today I am on track for 15000. Tonight should be a little bit of fun and frustration, there are a lot of things to prep and I also need to prep my lunch for work tomorrow as well. I have had a lot of school work the past couple days which have added some stress but it seems like I am able to deal with it effectively and not with food.
