I forgot to do my weekly goals yestarday woops. Anyways did pretty good last week. Managed to stay under the 2000 calorie mark 5 of the 7 days. I have to cut out those cinnamon buns. Walked 5 of the 7 days. The rest of my goals I got done 6 out of the 7 days so it was a pretty good day. I had a couple of lazy days. The bad news I gained 4 pounds. I think it has alot to do with that time of month though. I'll wait until next week and see. I didn't do much today at all. Yestarday I went over the 2000 calorie mark.
My goals for this week are:
90 minutes of writing
90 minutes of reading
90 minutes of housework
60 minutes of strength training
180 mintues of cardio
staying within my calorie range or under the 2000 calorie mark 6 of the 7 days.
My goals for Tuesday are:
15 mintues of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 mintues of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calorie or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 mintues on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
