Mondays are always a better day for tracking food and eating properly. I have set meals that I make regularly for each meal Monday to Friday and it's easy to plan and prepare for.

And, where Mondays are typically better food-wise, they're not always better exercise-wise since on a day by day basis, I find it really hard to get up at 4:30 but it's especially hard on Mondays after getting to sleep in without an alarm on the weekends. I know people say you should go to bed at the same time and get up at the same time on the weekends but seriously, who does that? When I can sleep without an alarm, it's the best thing and if there is no alarm then there's no way I'm getting out of bed at 4:30 a.m.!

    I'm with you there. If it weren't for my husband having to get up over an hour before I do, morning exercise and so most exercise would be non-existent. I too like to sleep in without alarms on the weekend. It really helps get me through the next week, although Mondays are typically the hardest. Do what's right for you!

    I second that opinion on getting up on the weekends. If I wanted to be that discipline, I would have gone into the military! I also have trouble working out on Monday's because it is a cardio day, which means several different workouts instead of one video for 50 minutes or something.

But I have some stability ball workout planned and still have the resistance band work that should get me all stiff and pain-ready to meet with the doc tomorrow. HAHA

I just can't seem to get down on that floor right now! HAHA

  Wow I never read that sleep the same on the weekend as weekday ideology.....my body wakes up at the same time every morning even without a clock.

Remember to drink that water......it is so important emoticon
