After reading a member's blog, I went in search of a way to get a really good, accurate count of calories being burned doing certain exercises.
I know Spark has them on here, but it's not as accurate as putting in your own height, weight, age, etc and getting a better count and knowing where you are with your personal exercise routines.
After looking at a bunch of them, I find this one to be my personal favorite. Ease of use and having so many different exercises to choose from, plus anything from light to very vigorous is a bonus.
It also gives you more accurate BMI information.
Just thought I'd share this with all of you in case you'd like to try using it yourselves.
The blog page puts a space between c & alories. Space shows up as %20. Clear that and the link will work. Or copy and paste it. Just remove whatever space shows up.
