weight today 180 same as last week. No weight lost doesn't mean failure. I got back to the basics this past week.
For at least a couple of months after the Christmas holidays. I have a non stop craving for sweets but not so this year thus far. My ability to say no to those tempting goodies is much improved compared to other years. This is sucess for me. Another sucess was that I got back to drinking my 8 glasses of water, something that went by the way side for several months.
So I am got bacK to some of the basics this week
Reduced unwanted cravings for sweets
Increase in water intake.
