Hurting and irritated by it

Monday, January 07, 2013

For the last month my knee and lower back have been in intense pain. I can't do my normal runs. I can't do my normal workout routines especially my favorite squats! I wake up in intense pain every morning and I am getting frustrated. I have went to the doctor. I have went to the chiropractor. I am making another doctors appointment this week. I have to have some relief. In the last month and a half I have only dropped 3 or 4 pounds because I just can't do it anymore. Please say a prayer for me that this ends. I need to get to hitting it hard again! I need to meet my goal!

Dolphinsinger72 - Thank you very much for your prayer. Prayer is always the first step in anything. I hope it is not bad enough to need an MRI. Hopefully some anti-inflamatory medicine and some mild muscle relaxers will help ease the pain so I can get back to sweating off the jiggly!!!

emoticon Sounds like you might need an MRI. I hope it is not a herniated disc. Please I hope you feel better soon. I am praying for your quick recovery!
