FIRST DAY AT THE GYM

So today I had my first meeting with the trainer and did about 20 of biking and 20 of weights. Then I met with the nutritionist who gave me some good advice. I am very excited to be in this Biggest Loser challenge. A good friend is also on my team and she was there as well. Tomorrow I am going in again about 7:30 and doing bike and then doing a stretching class for 30 min. And maybe a few weights. I do have to work though so have to gauge my time.

I am excited about this! Today we went to Wendy's and had their med chicken pomegranate salad for lunch. Yummy. Tonight it is a simple meal. I'll be going to Disney on Thursday and back on Monday. Doing plenty of walking there and will try to choose wisely for food. I can do it. emoticon
