Charge it

Not your charge card, your car. I had to go to Wal Mart to buy a charger to charge my Mom's car. So, maybe no workout today.

I did get my new workout DVDs finally. I got Kathy Smith's 'Strong Slim & Sleek ' which has 3 oldie workouts on DVD. I use the 'Weight Loss Workout' often. It came with 'The Ultimate Workout' and Ultimate Thighs and Stomach'. I also got the 10 min Dance DVD with Petra Kolber. I love Petra, I tried that DVD on Netflix before I bought it. I also had to replace my Kathy Smith 'Time Saver Cardio' which may be one of my favorite workouts ever. I like that each section is only 20 min. or you can combine the two for a 40 min. Hi/Lo workout, and the cool down is very soothing, but don't be fooled. There is 7 min. on that cool down. So, that comes out to not a 40 min. workout but rather 47 min. I don't do well if I just stop a workout and don't cool down, I get really bad knots.

I plan to workout tomorrow. I had oatmeal and a banana this morning, and I'm still not hungry. Go figure.

    I am one of the people that oatmeal does not stick with.

    My issue is I eat when I am bored. If my mind is busy or I am busy with chores etc I do not give food a thought.
