Made great progress in 2011 - losing almost 70 pounds and making some lasting food changes. During 2012, I slipped on the exercise and have gained back 23 pounds. This cannot last....so here I am. Refocus. What is important. Health. Me. Without that I won't have anything else including my life.
As always, a refocus REQUIRES me to start logging every bit of food I eat. And that leads to getting some exercise so I can log that too. One of those nice circles.
Need to shop for a stationary bicycle or join a gym. Left knee is bone-on-bone now, so the treadmill and elliptical are out until the knee is replaced. Which I am postponing until I lose more weight.
