Hello everybody. Working 48 hours this week but it's okay because I've got a plan!
Breakfast: had a little more than 1 cup of special k strawberry with almond breeze and yoplait greek yogurt
Lunch: brought special k fruit and yogurt with skim milk which I will pair with a banana
Dinner: brought some fiberone chocolately crunch with skim milk
When I get "hungry" you can bet to find me with some awesome iced water!
I went for 1.5mile walk with my hubby this AM too and some weight training.
