Great walk!

It's been a while since I've gone on a nice long walk. I don't like walking when it's cold out but today starts a week of what is suppose to be 50 degree days. I walked 3 miles today and felt great! Still going to ride my recumbent bike this evening. I'm hoping to see a downward move of the scale this week.

Edit: I didn't do the bike ride but did do 30 minutes of Wii step while watching The Biggest Loser. Jillian is over the top this season. She may get results but I wish she didn't yell at people so much.
