Ok so this is my first week back to SPARKING, tracking and exercising. It has been over 3 months since I exercised. I am undergoing chemotherapy. So I have had to modify my BEFORE routine. I have more fatigue than before. I have more joint pain than before. I have started to exercise at a slower pace. I am tracking but have gone over the calories almost everyday (not a lot but still over). I have joined the January Jumpstart Challenge, I may not do everything EXACTLY how Coach Nicole does but I do it to the BEST of my ABILITY. With all that being said, I still had a positive result on the scale. I am down 2 lbs.!!!
And if I can have results modifying my routine......so can you!! Just do not give up, adjust, jump back on,do whatever it takes!! Quitting is not an option for me. It may take me longer but that is okay with me. I believe in SPARK people and the success I have had. I had lost over 70lbs. originally. Now with the latest health obstacles I have gained 25 lbs. back. My clothes are uncomfortable, I do not look in the mirror (besides being bald, lol). I vowed to myself to get back into the game, no matter what!!!
