okay, so I have reached the middle of the day. I added more bike exercises (stationary bike), so I'm up to 75 so far. This bike just makes you bend from the abdomen and stretch arms and legs. It's a glorified way to do sit ups. At this point, I need the extra "help"...it has been a long time since I attempted to maintain a exercise routine at all. I use to walk 6 miles a day....and I use to lose 6 lbs. a week, one meal a day. But, feeling deprived, I gained it all back. So I need to find a way that I don't feel deprived and still lose weight and maintain a good healthy exercise routine. I had Breakfast this morning but nothing else... everything in my fridge and on my food shelves are full of calories!
