Wow! It is so long since I blogged! But I am back!
This morning I joined the January Jumpstart challenge and am excited to get started! I already have some dumb bells and am going to go get some resistance bands too.
I am tired of being overweight and feeling generally blah!
So have decided to take 2013 as my year and strive to be as healthy as I can be! I am now 50 and want the rest of my life to have meaning and for me to be the best that I can be!
With God all things are possible! Matthew 19:26
My goals for 2013
Spend more time in God's word
Think before I eat
Assess hunger and pay attention to hunger signs before and while eating
Cut out soda
Exercise 3-5 times a week
Log food on SP
Lose 20 pounds by March 14th (my wedding anniversary)
