Today is MONDAY and it is back to the school routine! Getting up early this morning was a challenge, but once I was up, I was up! I will probably feel it tonight!

I have so many deadlines this week, it is just crazy! Kids are back to school I know, but I have already said NO to a dinner appointment, for two reasons, the 30 Day Challenge, ( don't want to mess up) and I am way too busy!
I am starting to get my energy back now that my diet is cleaned up and so I am hoping to get in a little bit more exercise this week. I worked up a sweat vacuuming I know, but that really does not count as satisfying, feel good exercise! My dumbbells are calling my name too...and as in the previous 30 Day challenge I KNOW I can fit 15 minutes in a day, right!
I am down to 2 cups of coffee, and have had NO SUGAR and no wheat, no alcohol or pop ( by default...I don't have those anyway) ....dairy, well that is another thing....( blog link to follow at bottom of post)
Some of you have asked me some questions and I am so happy to address them in upcoming posts!
