It has now been one week since I became serious about my weight loss.
The results? Down 4.80 pounds!
I have not gone over my calorie allowance so far.
Exercised 10 min per day 3 days last week,
also did my usual strength training.
Water still needs improvement.
Today I increased my walk time to 15 min, and am
going to try for 5 days this week.
Strength training, I increased 5 wall crunches (to 25),
1 wall pushup (11) and 5 lying hamstring curls (25). Will
stay with that this week also 5 days a week.. One minute on the tramp.
Going to keep it at that for this week.
Today my blood sugar was 108 !! Taking 10 u less twice a day and it is
getting closer to the 100 bs that is optimal.
Tonight is TOPS weigh-in , first one since the week before Christmas.
Goals for this week:
Exercise as above plus
Add 1 WATP 1 mile cd this week
Stay within my calorie goal (1200-1550) 6 days per week
4 Glasses of water 5 days a week
1 Free day
Move my poster into office over my treadmill
Maintain or lower my daily blood sugar
