Weekly Update Blog Week 1 of 52

Well the first week of 2013 was a good one for me. I got myself off to a very healthy start this week and lost the 3 lbs I gained over Christmas and 2 additional lbs. So 5 total. I'm happy with that. I'm planning to lose 3lbs a week until I hit the 100lb lost mark. I'm ahead of my goal for this week by losing that extra 2lbs so that's exciting. Last week I did very well with exercising. I worked out 6 out of 7 days last week and stayed in my calorie range all 7 days. I'm proud of myself for that. Staying in my calorie range is the biggest challange for me with my weight loss goal.

I joined the lose 100lbs in 1 year challenge. If I lost 100lbs this year I'll be at my goal weight. That's so exciting and amazing to think about it. I know I can do it, I just have to stay focused and keep reminding myself of my goals. This is definately going to be the year I accomplish everything I set out to do.
