Pretty excited that this is the first holiday season where I've actually managed to lose weight instead of gain. I usually make new year's resolutions but this year I decided to not specifically make one and just to keep on track with what I'm doing. Each month I am going to check in on my progress and see where I maybe need to change a few things. I know that my eating habits are going to have to change a little bit, though. It seems the only way I am able to eat enough food is if I eat fast food or restaurant food and then I usually overeat! I love to cook, I just have to start finding ways to add more calories into my day. Especially because I do a lot of exercise and need to stay fueled! :) So life is good and pretty much nothing has changed here. Hope all you Sparkers are off to a good start as well!
