Its time

Trying once again to get back on track, here are so ways I'm going to do it.
1. Make veggie soup to help with my hunger.
2. log into SP everyday
3. work out for 15 minutes everyday
4. Track my food
5. Get support from family and friends

I can do this, I turn 50 this year on April 22nd and want to look and feel good!!!
