New Year New Me: Week 1 Review

My first week went well. I managed to lose 6 pounds! I know that it was water weight, but a loss is a loss. This week I will working on my eating. I have been making sure to get in at least three meals a day. I will be incorporating snacks this month so that I can be sure that I am not starving myself and finding myself bindging at nights.
I have been doing well with building my business. I have been working more diligently this past week then I have before. I have set goals and now I have been working towards reaching them this month. I just needed to keep myself as motivated as possible and just focus on the job at hand. I will be the reason for it succeeding or failing, no one else.
This year seems to be going in the right direction so far. I am making sure that I do not repeat my mistakes from last year. It is going to be a better year and as long as I stay focused I will be accomplishing my goals and marking them off my list before I know it.
