I’m trying to work more raw, fresh veggies into my diet. So I bought some veggies I like, mixed them together in small sandwich bags so they’re easy to grab, easy to go, no excuses.
Now at work I realize, Carrots: sweet, crunchy, delicious…Grape tomatoes: zesty, tart, good…Broccoli: raw it tastes like grass and I’m not a rabbit.
I think I’ll save the broccoli for cooking and just stick with the carrots and tomatoes as a raw snack.
