In support of 2013 goals:
45 minutes of Cardio 3 x week (MWF)
2 x full body strength training (Tu/Th)
Log Food at least 5 x week.
lower body str. Tues. & Sun. (Shoulder still sore, no upper body)
49 min. Mon., 44 Wed., 70 min. Th. & 70 min. Sat. Walk (beach)
logged food every day! Weekly average was too much. I was tired and not handling the cold well or snacking smartly.
average weekly consumption within range for the year: 50%
met goal of 60 spm on stairmill for 15 min on Mon. Not up to it on Wed.
