So I know this is Monday of the second week of the new year, but I see it as the first full length week of the year and am using this week as my start off point for my fitness plan. So today I start my ZWOW (Zuzka's Workout Of the Week) plan. I'm starting the year with her first video and will do a new one each week. Today and Wed I'm going to do it at full speed but half reps. Friday I'll go full tilt and see how close to dead I am at the end of it.
