Week 1, by my callender.

So I know this is Monday of the second week of the new year, but I see it as the first full length week of the year and am using this week as my start off point for my fitness plan. So today I start my ZWOW (Zuzka's Workout Of the Week) plan. I'm starting the year with her first video and will do a new one each week. Today and Wed I'm going to do it at full speed but half reps. Friday I'll go full tilt and see how close to dead I am at the end of it.

    Thanks for posting the link!! And a personal trainer friend of mine told me that the first Monday of the year is known as 'Gym Day' because it's the most popular 'new start' day out of the total 365 choices per year - I'm going to follow your progress so thanks for posting the blogs. I may not read/reply every day but I promise I will eventually catch up with you - keep up the good work!
