So..I had good news and bad news. The good news was that I didn't gain any weight over the holidays. The bad news is that my blood sugar levels are higher than I have ever had them. I have not been eating the right kinds of foods. I know I am playing with fire healthwise, but it just gets tiring having to be so careful all the time. Scary how easy it is to fall off the wagon. Only one and a half weeks during the holiday week and I feel like I am starting all over again.
I just have to pick myself up off the floor and keep on. This isn't going to get better on its own. Walked yesterday and today.
22.75 out of 100 miles walked so far. Now need to up it to 10 miles per week to get to goal of 100 miles by February 28.
