I just finished my first Turbo Jam workout. I've always wanted to try kickboxing so I thought it would be an interesting series to try; keeping with my new years resolution to choose fun workouts in order to ward off the dreaded burnout. Today's actual workout was only about 16 minutes since I started with the Learn & Burn video, but I'm pleasantly surprised that I didn't get bored. I've tried workout videos several times over the years and I can never stick with them because I'm bored within 5 minutes. Can't wait to try it again tomorrow. Although it didn't look incredibly hard in the previews, I can definitely see it's going to kick my butt once I get to the more intense workouts.
