Week 1 - Day 6

I am -participating in 2 challenges right now - The 4 week jumpstart, and the Lose 13 pounds in 13 weeks challenge. Tomorrow is weigh in day, and I am not feeling very good about it. My scale was NOT kind to me this morning... I know, you shouldn't weigh in daily, but I seem to have a compulsion... I did not stay in my calorie range over the weekend. Not far out of it, mind you, still less than I burn daily, but still... OK, on Friday I was only 1 calorie over.. So far today, eating well, worked out hard. I am really hoping that tomorrow morning the scale reports a pound down.. If not, I guess I will just have to work harder, eat less, and keep on trying...
