so yesterday i started using weight watchers point system. I know I know ... i'm on spark people lol but hey the point system works for me ... and spark people has tons of information that is very useful! Besides .... some great people on here!! Thanks for your support everyone.
So anyway yesterday i was 8 points over my target not too bad all in all. Today i'm back to work, and so far i'm eating as I originally planned all day. every two hours as well little snacks. Here is hoping I don't blow it when i get home after work!
today i'm back on my exercise program level 1 jillian michaels 30 day shred and mari winsor 20 min pilates ... ok so getting off my computer and getting my shoes on.
