I am back. I had some things going on. I didnt handle things that well and ended up eating horrible things and stopped working out. I failed when I hit my first hurdle, but hopefully this experience will help me when the next hurdle appears.
I have vowed to workout at least 30 minutes per day 6 days a week and drink 8 cups of water each day. This is what I am working on right now. Looking back I think I tried to change too many things in my life at once. I am going to try to work on 1 or 2 things at a time until they become part of my life.
Here we go. A new start.
