I have not posted very many blogs here on SP...I am going to change that this year! I have gone on SP every day since I joined...to track food, exercise, and to read posts.
Now, that I have been at goal weight for a year and a half...I am making it my mission to be of assistance to anyone on the journey to a healthy weight! So, if you need help..just reach out and I will help in any way that I can....
For now...Here are some things that I have learned on my journey(BTW I still learn EVERY day)
*I need to track what I eat each day to keep me mindful of what I put into my mouth
*Find what works for you in terms of weighing yourself....For me...I weigh myself each morning.(I do not get discouraged by the fluctuations..I find them informative)
*Exercise for the pure JOY of it...this may take some time to build up to...just be patient!
*Eat the bulk of your food as close to it's natural state as possible!!!!! Think HIGH nutrient foods!!!
*Start NOW to live the life you have always wanted!!!!! You never know if tomorrow will be..
