Love and respect for myself

I love and respect myself and because of that I choose to make changes to create a healthier new me by loving my body and treating it as a temple that holds my soul for me. I feel really good when I exercise and eat right. Today I worked out before I ate and my goal is to not only do this on my days off, but also on the days I work. It still good to work out after work, but it is even better in the mornings to get my metabolism going and getting my energy level up. Besides, I also find that some evenings people sometimes want to get together and then on those days I miss out for myself the chance to reach my weight loss goal of 140. I'm so very thankful to have found out this site has blogging capabilities because I get to blog about my feelings with weight loss with other like minded individuals, with people who can relate to what I go through because we're on that journey together. Here is to the best years of my life. 2013 is my year to shine!:)
