Old Year's Resolutions

The new year 2013 has started along with the millions of new resolutions. Some resolving to eat better, go to the gym, jog, watch less TV, etc.. the list is almost endless. I decided that this year I would not create any new resolutions that revolve around my health and weight loss. I have made resolutions around hobbies and other things that bring me enjoyment.

You may be asking your self why I have made this decision. It is really very simple, I can't make a new resolution regarding my health and weight loss when I haven't completed my old resolution from last year and the year before. I will continue to use my treadmill, go to karate, eat right, and do other exercises that seen fun and interesting.

I lift my cup of protein shake and say, heres is to "Old Year's Resolutions" and the continued success of them.
