OOOO I am SO excited! I finally feel like being back on WW instead of counting calories on MFP is for me. I feel the excitement, PATIENCE, motivation and drive like I did when I first started over 2 years ago.
I've ran 9 miles this week already- my weeks start on Wednesdays. And I think after the gym tonight I will have 12 miles in! Which means that after this week I will have put myself into a great starting position to train for a half marathon.

So this weekend- the bad first. Well I had every intention of having only a couple drinks out with co-workers. Well I had 4 at the bar with dinner, and I think they were double rum and diet cokes. So 16 points for those. Dinner I did fine- had a turkey melt w only a little ranch and 1/3c cottage cheese. But then one little thing happened that made me annoyed/angry with those people and I just said "F**k it, i need to keep drinking" there was nothing my boyfriend could to do stop me when I've made my mind up. So I had 5 24oz bud lights throughout the entire Hockey game- 20 points, ouch. And I was being pretty stupid and out of line with comments and guesturs. Oh also being a foul mouthed idiot. AND I was grumpy because all I wanted to do was eat.
So I drank my anger and frustrations. Fail, Danielle, fail.
And with THAT my boyfriend and I made a pact that neither of us would drink at the Packer Playoff game on Saturday. Because when one of us gets drunk, the other is annoyed if they're not- we just don't like each other like that. Being a little hungover Saturday morning I did NOT hit the gym as I planned. I went grocery shopping instead. I had a delicious thing of fresh mixed sushi from the grocery store for lunch (10 pts)!
Then at 3 p.m. we got our warmest clothes on (me with 4 layers on top AND bottom) and headed out to the game- it was 26 degrees. We met up with some friends who were getting their tailgate on and hung out for a few hours watching drunk people, grills cooking, and Packer/Viking rivalries in the parking lots. It was a really fun time! I planned to have two brats for dinner- without buns= 14pts. Instead I had one brat with mustard and a stuffed mushroom! Later on in the game I had a small pretzel with nacho cheese. Not drinking was probably th best thing I could have done all weekend. Josh and I had a wonderful time together, I didnt over eat, I didnt make an a$$ of myself, and didn't have to leave the game to pee every 20 minutes. We were so exhausted from the cold wind and walking that we were in bed passed out by 1a.m.!

Yesterday I woke up, downed a ton of water, a yogurt and hit the gym for my required 1 workout a weekend. I ran just over 3 miles. And huge progress with this one: I didn't STOP running once. Thank you Muscle memory!!
I can't wait to start losing weight regularly again! It's been nice making my own dinners. Last night I made cheesy broccoli soup with turkey kielbasa, onion and extra broccoli. It was SO good!! and only 4pts for 2 cups! I miss having meal times with josh, but we still talk when the other is eating etc..
I am very excited for weigh-in on Wednesday. It may be unreasonable, but I am hoping for 3-5lb loss this week.
Biggest loser is back!!!! I friggin love that show. :D
