B - lemon/ginger water, followed by a green juice
snack -green juice
L - HUGE green salad, no dressing, just avocado
snack - activated almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
S - two big bowls of vegetable soup
snack - tea, more nuts/seeds

Sunday was Day 1 of the Hungry for Change Detox.

    This sounds really, really good. Green juice, green salad, and vegetable soup in the very capable hands of a vegan chef such as yourself; I bet they are all to die for. I've been sprouting a lot this winter, all hydroponic so far. I am looking forward to sprouting in earth, sunflower shoots amongst other things. Do you sprout? Does the Hungry for Change Detox include any sprouts?
